CincyIP Branding Guidelines For Speakers
Speakers for events sponsored by CincyIP are to adhere to the following presentation guidelines:
* The overall or “official” CincyIP materials will have CincyIP only branding.
* Materials prepared by CincyIP members acting in their capacity as CincyIP officers or members as such should be CincyIP branded only. This will usually include the outer cover of an overall event binder or presentations by program chairs or officers representing CincyIP as an organization.
* Speaker materials or presentations by members or non-members not acting in an official CincyIP capacity may be branded with the speaker’s affiliation. This will usually include panelists chosen to represent a particular expertise, practice area, government agency, or other organization.
* Any other branding will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Board.
